“I had Urban do the last 4 old windows in my home near Lively. The man at the centre gave me several options, and explained the price differences. The installation took a few months – normal as Urban is so backed up with orders, so expect a bit of a wait. I took the quote from Urban to 2 other window installers, and neither one could beat their quote.
The installation occurred while I was at work, but my neighbour and wife observed the workers and both seemed very satisfied with their procedure. I can certainly say that they did not cut corners (no pun intended) and that they use quality materials to finish the windows both inside and out. The previous windows were single pane windows about 40 years old, and the difference is remarkable.
Also my cat approves of the installation. I can definitely recommend this company.”
